" After hearing so many good things about Baja, I finally dined there last weekend. The place was bustling, which I took as a good sign. We sat outside in the covered patio, enjoying the warm evening breeze. I ordered a burrito and my friend got the queso. To my dismay, the burrito was loaded with cheese and not much else. The queso tasted bland and didn't have the creamy texture I was hoping for. While the service was great, I found the meal itself to fall flat in terms of flavor and authenticity.
