" Surprisingly good for a smaller eatery! The sushi here certainly rivals some of the bigger chains I've been to in major cities. I loved the dynamite roll—it was spicy yet balanced. Service was decent; perhaps the only flaw was slight delay, but due to their popularity, I understand. I would happily come back for that spicy tuna and try some of their bento boxes! " This was our second visit to A1 Sushi & Hibachi, and the experience was just as great as the first! The sushi is outstanding and very well presented. " I was really looking forward to dining at A1 after hearing such good things, but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. The service was inattentive, and it took quite a while for us to be acknowledged when we sat down. The food itself wasn’t bad; the sushi was fresh, but it felt a little basic. I had the teriyaki chicken, and while it had good flavor, it lacked that authentic hibachi taste I was craving.
