" Oh man, where do I even start? Kin Len Thai Night Bites is a treasure! I've been here twice, and both times the food has been nothing short of amazing. The first time I had the boat noodles, and my partner ordered the pineapple fried rice. Both dishes were served with generous portions and tasted incredibly authentic. The spices used were the real deal! On my last visit, I tried the spicy octopus carpaccio for an appetizer, and I don't think I've ever tasted anything quite like it here in Seattle. Just the perfect level of heat. The only hiccup was that the tables are quite close together, and it can get noisy, which might not be everyone's cup of tea. " After much hype, I finally decided to try Kin Len! Let me tell you, it was worth every bit of the foreshadowing. The authentic taste is something I've rarely admired in other Thai restaurants outside of Thailand. The dishes were excellent – I especially loved the red curry battered chicken; it was huge and absolutely flavorful.
