" What a decision it was to try China Kitchen! Seeing as I’m a fan of authentic Asian cuisine, I had high hopes. While some dishes surpassed my expectations, others fell flat. The hot and sour soup was a hit, showcasing perfect spice levels, but the General Tso's chicken was too sweet for my liking. Service remained positive throughout; our server checked in often and was quite knowledgeable. I may come back for another try, but I'll definitely ask for recommendations next time.
