" I found Qin West Noodle to be a hit-or-miss experience. Some of the dishes we tried were fantastic, especially the wontons and the traditional beef noodle — they were fabulous! Yet, I was disappointed with the dry pork buns; they seemed more processed than homemade. The self-service was a novel concept for me; while it enabled us to order quickly, I felt it could have added to a more pleasant dining experience if there were more staff around to assist if needed.
