" I had an awful experience at Laredo Grill today. Right from the start, nobody greeted us when we walked in. After a lengthy wait, we were finally seated, but our server had no attention to detail. Our orders were messed up, and we waited ages for my friends and I to get our food. When we finally received it, my burrito was cold, and the salsa didn't taste fresh at all!
