" I just had the worst experience at Los Portales! First, we were ignored for over 20 minutes after being seated. When our orders were taken, multiple items were missing for one of my friends, and the server seemed indifferent. The tables were packed closely together, making it hard to have a decent conversation. I ended up paying for food I didn’t even get. I can't recommend this place after that experience.
