" This is a genuine oasis for Mexican cuisine lovers! I had the pleasure of dining here last week, and I was blown away by the flavors. The ceviche was out of this world! The fish was so fresh, and the marination was just right. I also tried the enchiladas with green sauce – pure bliss! I had the grilled octopus as an appetizer which was out of this world – smoky and tender! For my main dish, I opted for the mole enchiladas, and they didn’t disappoint! " Flor De Maiz is a gem! The dishes here remind me of my travels through Mexico. We ordered a variety of plates for the table and I was enamored by the freshness and the depth of flavors in every dish.
