" I had such high hopes for Diamond Bay, especially after the hype on social media. While the decor is beautiful, and the ambiance is inviting, I found the food average. The dim sum was good, yet not exceptional. I had the shrimp dumplings which were decent, but I've had better elsewhere. The service left much to be desired; it felt like we were forgotten at times.
