" Every time I visit Blu Fin, I’m reminded why I love sushi! The staff is consistently friendly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I ordered a variety of rolls, and they were all beautifully presented. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that a few contained imitation crab, which I find to be a lesser substitute for the real thing. Despite this, the freshness of the fish used was fantastic.
