" Despite being a popular chain, I recently had a troubling experience at Taco Bell. I placed a simple order for tacos and a burrito, but it took forever to receive my food. When it finally arrived, I couldn’t help but notice the taco shells were stale. It's frustrating to pay for mediocre food that didn’t even taste fresh. On top of that, the cleanliness of the seating area left much to be desired with crumbs everywhere.
