" The food itself was good, but I had quite a frustrating experience with customer service. I called in my order and also made sure to ask if my hot and sour soup was vegetarian. The staff assured me it was only to find out later that it contained chicken broth. I felt quite misled and had to return the dish. The manager did offer a refund, but the hassle took the joy out of my meal.
