" I used to visit Ichiro's Express all the time, but my last few experiences have been disappointing. The food quality seems to have dipped. My chicken was overcooked and dry, and I even found some bits that looked old. I understand that restaurants have off days, but this has happened more than once now. The staff remains polite and helpful, but I think they need to reevaluate their quality control. Certainly not the same place I loved before, and I'm on the fence about returning.
