" I have lived in various states and eaten Italian food everywhere, and Franco's is the real deal! From the moment you walk in, the inviting aroma of homemade sauces fills the air. I had the eggplant Parmesan, and it was spot on—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, just like my Italian grandmother used to make.
