" Mercurio’s Shadyside is a small slice of Italy in Pittsburgh. Every time I visit, I fall in love with their pizza all over again. The crust is perfectly thin and the toppings are balanced beautifully. Although the service can vary depending on how busy it is, the staff tries their best to keep the energy high. " The minute we walked into Mercurio's, we felt transported to Italy! The ambiance was cozy, and we knew we were about to enjoy something special. The staff greeted us warmly and were very friendly throughout our meal. We started off with the burrata which melted in our mouths. The true star, however, was the pizza! The crust was perfectly charred, with just the right amount of toppings. Our dessert - the gelato - was a fantastic way to end the meal. We left happy and full, ready to return soon!
