" Last week, I gathered with friends at Kanpai for dinner. The authenticity of the dishes was remarkable - so many flavors reminiscent of what I've tasted in Japan. I particularly enjoyed the spicy miso ramen, which had a beautiful rich broth and generous toppings. " Kanpai has rapidly become my favorite restaurant. The staff are incredibly friendly and greet you like family every time you visit. One time, they even remembered my name! I usually go for their fantastic sushi rolls, which are beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. The freshness of the fish is clear in every bite. I ordered a bento box that was filled with a generous portion of teriyaki chicken, sushi, and my absolute favorite - the vegetable tempura, which was light and crispy. Service, however, was a bit slow, and my drink was forgotten for a while. Overall, I left satisfied with the food but hoping for quicker service next time.
