" Every time I step into New China Cafe, I notice something new that gives me nostalgia. I remember when they had the best Szechuan beef but my last visit was unfortunate. The staff was friendly, but I could tell they were stretched thin given the crowd. Many dishes were seemingly replaced with frozen items. For example, the spring rolls tasted store-bought.
