" Had a wonderful dinner at UME! The green tea was refreshing, and the sushi rolls were beautifully made. I mostly enjoyed the presentation and freshness of their ingredients. On top of that, the waitstaff was incredibly hospitable. My only drawback was some wait time for food during busy hours, but the taste of the meal made up for it without a doubt.
