" I've been visiting Taco Bell for years and I have to say, this past visit was among the worst experiences I've had. The drive-thru was chaotic, and I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. When it finally arrived, half of my order was missing, and the tacos were poorly wrapped and fell apart when I tried to eat them. It felt like the staff was overwhelmed and poorly organized. I ended up giving up and not even bothering to go back in for the missing items because I felt too frustrated. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.
