" Our recent visit was fantastic! The sushi was fresh, the flavors were vibrant, and the service was notable too! The owner, who also happens to be the chef, was very personable and made sure we enjoyed our meal. We particularly loved the Ahi Tower and the Sashimi platter, both of which were beautifully presented. The atmosphere made it feel like a little slice of Japan in Tehachapi. I can't wait to return!
