" The meal I had at Cafe Rio yesterday was quite disappointing. The portions have been getting smaller and smaller with each visit, and yesterday they served me what seemed like a child's portion. To my dismay, though, the chicken was undercooked and chewy. After mentioning it to the server, they promptly offered to remake it for me. I appreciated the quick response, but I would have preferred the meal done right the first time. Still, I would give them another chance because overall, it has been a good experience.
