" Longing for some decent Chinese food, I did some research and thought to give China 1 a shot. Sadly, my expectations went unfulfilled. The crab rangoon and fried rice lacked flavor; the eggrolls were unremarkable. Service was not overly helpful, more along the lines of a quick exchange rather than friendly engagement. " Honestly, I'm shocked that I even bothered trying China 1 after hearing so many bad things about their food. I thought it might be an exaggeration, but I really don't think anyone who gave more than two stars has tasted what I have. The dumplings felt like they were made days in advance, and my fried rice tasted like it was made with watered-down broth. Service was prompt, but what’s the point if the food is subpar?
