" After hearing so much hype about Luchador, my friends and I decided to check it out for brunch. We went on a Sunday, and although it was busy, we were seated quickly. I ordered the brunch special, which included pozole and enchiladas. While the pozole was rich and comforting, the enchiladas were okay but lacked the depth of flavor I expected.
