" Yin Ji Chang Fen is a hidden gem for authentic Cantonese breakfast. The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the place; it felt very modern for Chinatown. The pork liver rice rolls were superb, and the thousand-year-old egg congee was creamy and packed with flavor.
