" If you're looking for traditional Japanese cuisine, you might want to keep looking. While Yamato has some delicious items, most of their offering leans more toward an Americanized take on Japanese food. I did enjoy the lobster rangoons but was disappointed with the sushi as the portions did not reflect the price. The ambiance is enjoyable, but I expected more depth to the flavors of their offerings.
