" Rojas is a popular spot for a reason! The tortillas are some of the best I have experienced, and the portion sizes are very generous. I love everything from the enchiladas to the chiles rellenos. My favorite, however, has to be the breakfast burrito, which I literally can't get enough of. It's perfectly stuffed and so flavorful! " I can't say enough good things about Rojas! The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the lovely aroma of spices, and the vibrant decor just adds to the charm. I decided to try their breakfast burrito, and wow, it was enormous! The tortilla was fresh and had that authentic homemade taste. I could feel the love in every bite!
