" I've tried Sushi Star several times solely due to the 2x1 promos, but I don’t think I’ll return for a while. Many rolls felt cheap and too rice-heavy with one or two small ingredients hidden inside, which left me feeling ripped off. The sushi is hit-or-miss; I’m not sure if their fish is fresh at times, evidenced by a few off-tasting rolls. " Absolutely love Sushi Star! My friends and I frequently get together here, especially for their fantastic 2x1 sushi deals. The atmosphere is usually filled with laughter, and it's always a good time. I really enjoy their California rolls and the crispy rolls. They have a nice selection of drinks, too.
