" Had the most wonderful dinner here last night! Everything was freshly made and incredibly flavorful. I’ve been to many Chinese places, but Hong Kong Chef nails the authenticity. The seafood with corn soup was delightful, packed with fresh ingredients, and the shrimp fried rice is a dish I can't get enough of! Each bit bursts with flavor yet isn’t overly greasy.
