" I had high expectations when I visited Embarcadero 41, and I am happy to say they were fully met! The variety of dishes available made it hard to choose, but our waiter guided us wonderfully. We tried the pulpo anticuchero and the ceviche, both of which were heavenly. The only downside was that it got a bit noisy as the restaurant filled up, but it truly felt like a cultural experience!
