" I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked into Fuji Grill. I had been hearing good things but also some mixed reviews. I ordered the chicken katsu and my friend got the steak hibachi. Both of our meals took a little longer than expected, but when they arrived, the aroma was incredible! The chicken katsu had the perfect crunch on the outside while remaining juicy inside, and the steak was seasoned just right. The servings were generous enough that I left with a takeout box—always a good sign! Despite the wait, I left satisfied and will definitely return soon.
