" An unassuming gem, Capitol Hill Diner delivers some of the best Mexican food in Providence! I started with their Mexican pancakes that were fluffy and indulgent, topped with just the right amount of dulce de leche. For my main, I had the chorizo omelette, which was flavorful and authentic. The portions were generous, and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of food. The only downside was that it was quite busy, but that speaks volumes to how much people love this place.
