" I had a mixed experience at PBC Factory. While the Gobi Manchurian was absolutely amazing, bursting with flavors just like the ones I've had in India, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed, which made the wait for our food much longer than expected. Additionally, I ordered a Mango Lassi, and it was disappointingly small for the price.
