" Yun Long Buffet used to be my go-to for a hearty Chinese meal, but my last visit left me feeling disheartened. The crab Rangoon were soggy instead of crispy, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, it seemed like the chef was having an off day; the general tso chicken lacked flavor, and quite a few items were cold. To make matters worse, I overheard complaints from other diners about similar issues. I love the concept of a buffet where everyone can find something they like, but I believe they need to work on either training their staff or perhaps getting a new chef. In terms of authenticity, I feel like they are straying from the original recipe traditions that should define a quality Chinese buffet. I want nothing more than to see this establishment succeed. " I came to Yun Long Buffet with high hopes, mainly for the variety. It’s nice that you can try different items, and nobody goes hungry! " Yun Long Buffet is in an unfortunate situation where there are glimpses of greatness shadowed by inconsistencies. My last few visits have not been what I had hoped for.
