" Had the pleasure of dining at Bistro St-Sauveur recently! The atmosphere is intimate and the decor gives off a lovely charm. The food was exquisite! I had the pleasure of trying their famous snails and they did not disappoint. The chef's unique spin on traditional French cuisine is really admirable. I appreciated the BYOB policy, which allowed us to enjoy our favorite wine. While service was pleasant, my only small complaint was some delays between courses, but the food made it worthwhile. " Last evening, my family and I tried Bistro St-Sauveur for a special occasion, and while we were initially excited, the experience did not meet our expectations. Not only that, we had to send a couple of plates back because they were not cooked properly. The server was great though, very apologetic and attentive to our needs.
