" What a hidden gem on Water Street! I went to Chinitas for a lunch break from work and ended up having one of the best meals in a long time. I recommend the carnitas fries, they are out of this world! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, which makes it a great spot to relax. We were helped by an attentive server who made us feel welcome.
