" I wouldn’t recommend Ying Dynasty to anyone after my last visit. I was appalled at the level of service. It took ages to be served, and when the food arrived, it was cold. The spring rolls were soggy and not enjoyable at all. Despite the unfortunate experience, the ambiance is nice, but good food and service are what I seek and they were sorely lacking on this day. " Drop everything! If you haven’t tried the crab Rangoon from Ying Dynasty, you are missing out! It was the crispiest and most flavorful I've had, a must-have appetizer. The main dishes were impressive too, especially the Kung Pao chicken which hit all the right notes of flavor and spice. I felt like I was in an authentic Chinese restaurant, and the décor added to that experience. Our server was very attentive, making sure our drinks were filled and checking back at perfect intervals. " I’ve tried Ying Dynasty several times over the years, and my most recent experience unfortunately left me a bit underwhelmed. The food felt a little different this time around—perhaps a change in the chef? The fried rice was bland, and the chicken seemed dry. Service was fine, but the wait between courses was longer than I'd like. I do enjoy the environment, and it's typically very clean and well-kept, so I’m hoping they get back to their former glory. " Ying Dynasty is a hidden gem! The atmosphere was wonderfully vibrant yet cozy. We ordered a variety of dishes, and I have to say, the honey garlic chicken was the highlight for me—sweet, savory, and tender. The portions were generous; two of us couldn't finish our entrees! The highlight of our visit was the waitress, who made sure we had everything we needed. She recommended some great dishes and was just so pleasant.
