" I've been to Tokyo Express several times, and I must say the food can be surprisingly good for a strip mall takeout place, especially if you're craving some comfort-food style Chinese dishes. The crab Rangoon is a standout! However, the service is always a bit curt. Not unfriendly exactly, but definitely not a place you’d seek out for pleasant lunch banter.
