" Sbarro in Turkey Hill didn’t meet my expectations for pizza during my last visit. The slice was undercooked, and the service was a bit slow considering the time of day. It took over 15 minutes to receive a slice, even though it was not busy at that time. When I finally got my food, it was decent, but not the best pizza I've had. The service staff was not overly friendly, and some seemed content just to get through the shift. " I am absolutely addicted to the cheese pizza from Sbarro! Perfectly cooked every time I've had it! The workers are friendly, and surprisingly attentive, considering it’s often busy! " I frequent Turkey Hill/Sbarro because of the convenience and owe my love for pizza initially to them! I tried a slice today, and it took me back. The employees are usually nice and try to help. However, I've sometimes experienced inconsistencies in the food. One time, the pizza was unmatched and the other it felt a bit like cardboard. These things happen, I guess, at chain restaurants. " Every time I visit Turkey Hill, I find something new! The selection is incredible, and I recently discovered Sbarro there. I ordered a whole pizza for a party I was throwing and everyone loved it! " Turkey Hill is one of my go-to spots when I'm on the road. It's convenient and offers a variety of products including my favorite pizza from Sbarro! The pizza tastes great and the portions are satisfying! One time I even caught a really nasty staff member being downright rude to another customer, which left a bad taste in my mouth! But I've heard many others having great experiences with the staff. I guess it can be a mixed bag at times. When it’s good, it’s fantastic, and when it’s bad, well, you just try again another day!
