" Last night my friends and I celebrated a birthday at P.F. Chang’s, and it was quite the experience. The restaurant was bustling, yet our service was quick and attentive. The drinks were strong, which was a plus! We ordered several dishes, and while the flavors were enjoyable, the presentation could have been better. The dumplings were a highlight; definitely worth ordering. I personally think the restaurant strives more for an American twist, rather than authentic Asian flavors.
