" This was my first visit to HuHot and I was not disappointed! The concept of building your own meal and watching it cooked was so much fun. I was able to choose from a variety of fresh vegetables and proteins. The sauce selection was fabulous! I combined several to create a dish that was bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was very friendly. I’ll definitely return! My only suggestion would be to invest more time in cleanliness, as the floor was a bit sticky. " I had lunch here today and was really looking forward to the experience. While I found the food itself tasty, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of certain areas.
