" Fantastic pizza! Minsky's has nailed the pizza game in KC. The toppings are always fresh, and the dough is always cooked just right. I have yet to try their salad, but the pizza is what draws me back time and again. " I tried Minsky’s last Saturday and it was a mixed bag. The service was attentive, but my pizza, while tasty, had a bit less cheese than I had hoped for. The wings were fantastic, though, so that made up for it! The ambiance is perfect for a casual outing with friends or family, and their drink selection is pretty decent. " Wasn’t the greatest experience. I booked a table for a special occasion, and while the food was fine, the service fell flat. I found myself waiting too long to get drinks refilled, and our pizza took longer than expected to arrive. The atmosphere is nice, but I wish the service matched it.
