" Fuji Hibachi has some really great potential. I visited twice this month and had two very different experiences. The first time, the food was incredibly bland, making me question the authenticity of their hibachi style. The second visit was much better; everything was flavorful and well-cooked, making it a pleasant surprise. I hope their kitchen can maintain that level of quality.
