" Came to this location for dinner last night for a casual evening out. The atmosphere was wonderful, perfect lighting and nice music in the background. " I just had the worst experience at Chili's. The service was extremely slow, and we waited over a half an hour just to get drink refills. Our food also took a long time to arrive and when it did, my burger was overcooked and dry. I told the server, and she seemed overwhelmed. But the worst part was the loud music made it impossible to have a conversation. I'm really disappointed since I've had great meals in the past. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning for a while.
