" I visited Dalla Baia for a family dinner last night. The space was bustling and lively, but we were greeted and seated quickly. I had the frutti di mare and while it was flavorful, the presentation could have used some work as it felt a bit like a soup. My husband was quite happy with his chicken parmesan, however! " I have been looking forward to dining at Dalla Baia for quite some time. I must admit, the moment we walked in, the vibe was exactly what I hoped for. The appetizers were incredible, particularly the calamari which was sautéed rather than fried, giving it a unique flavor. For my main course, I chose the chicken piccata and while the portion was generous, the dish was quite creamy which masked some of the lemon flavor I was hoping for. My husband did find his seafood linguine flavorful, though. The service was attentive, but the noise level was a bit high for our liking.
