" Genuinely, Sushinaloa has some of the most delicious sushi I’ve tasted in Tlaxcala! Their scallop sushi is a must-try! The flavors are vibrant and encapsulated through fresh ingredients. " I had a delightful time at Sushinaloa. The setting is casual yet vibrant with a friendly vibe. As for the food, the rolls are delicious and made with fresher ingredients than other places in the area. My favorite was the shrimp tempura roll! However, on the service side, things could definitely improve since the waitstaff seemed to have difficulties keeping up with orders, leading to some waits.
