" So disappointed. I visited Cava with high expectations and left feeling very let down. My experience was marred with a long wait and cold food. Even though the staff was friendly, it shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes to prepare a simple bowl. I love Mediterranean food, but I’m not sure if I’ll return after this experience. " I had the worst experience at Cava recently. I ordered the chicken and asked for it to be grilled but when my meal arrived, the chicken was dry and rubbery, which was quite disappointing. I also noticed that my pita was overcooked. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to assist with my concerns. I hope they can improve because their potential is huge with the right management.
