" Having previously visited their food truck, I had high expectations for Chabelo’s now that they have a location. Most of the food stayed true to what they served while on the food truck, which is a huge plus! The tacos were generous in portion and authentic. However, I noticed some changes in service; it felt slower compared to when they were a food truck. I hope they can iron that out because the food truly deserves better service than it receives. " Chabelo's is a hidden gem! From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with smiles. I ordered the queso birria tacos, which I had read were a must-try. And let me say, they did not disappoint! The flavors were rich, the tortillas were fresh, and the accompanying salsa was just the right amount of heat. In addition, the service was engaging and friendly.
