" Chabelo's is a hidden gem! From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with smiles. I ordered the queso birria tacos, which I had read were a must-try. And let me say, they did not disappoint! The flavors were rich, the tortillas were fresh, and the accompanying salsa was just the right amount of heat. In addition, the service was engaging and friendly.
