" Had dinner with friends at Carlotto last night, and it was a delightful experience. The restaurant felt upscale yet comfortable. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara, and it was one of the best I've had outside of Italy. Creamy, and rich, with the perfect amount of pancetta. I also stole bites from my friends' plates, and everything from the risotto to the seafood pasta was delicious!
