" I've had my ups and downs with Pollo Regio. While I find most of their food quite good—especially the grilled chicken—the flautas have been hit or miss lately. Some come with generous fillings while others seem lacking. Changing cooks perhaps? Despite this, I appreciate that the staff is always friendly and the dining area is kept clean. I think with some adjustments to their food quality consistency, they will go back to being my favorite spot for Mexican food. I don't believe one bad experience should define them.
