" Our visit was certainly far from excellent. We were seated and waited for nearly 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The food took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, my meal was lukewarm at best. To top it off, my order was incorrect. The staff tried to remedy it, but the damage was done.
